and property development, Matt’s broad expertise allows him to offer clients

Since 2004, Matt has been actively involved in every aspect of the
property business—from the sale and management of real estate to creating
wildlife habitats and managing forests. His diverse background enables him to

campgrounds or multi-million-dollar lakefront resorts, Matt brings deep

A native of the Northwoods, Matt was raised surrounded by the

When he’s not working with clients, Matt is an avid outdoorsman,
spending much of his time fishing, hunting, mountain biking, skiing, ATVing,
snowmobiling, and archery. In the summer, you’ll find him boating and fishing
on Butternut Lake, the Turtle Flambeau Flowage, Lake Namekagon, the Manitowish
Waters Chain of Lakes, and the Minocqua Chain of Lakes. During the fall and
winter months, he enjoys hunting both locally and in the mountains of the
western United States.
Matt is also an active speaker and educator, regularly offering
his time or presenting on topics related to real estate, forestry, and land
management at local organizations, the UW-Extension, UW-Stevens Point, and the
Wisconsin Forestry Center. His ability to explain complex land management
